Connecting in & living from the Universal Flow of Consciousness...

a reply inspired by: Christopher Harding @luminary2000

you are experiencing that which will last and grow more.... The grace...the connecting...the connection... The inspiration.... The lightness of being..... The flow from feeling your path...the deeper understanding...

Not all....but some are experiencing this... And more will begin to "catch this wave of Love-Light- Energy" and live more in the Universal Flow

This Universal Flow and Connection brings more insight, inspiration and connection....

This Universal Flow & Connection brings the awareness that we are the Flow... We are that which we seek...We are the Abundance...

We simply now open and allow all that we are to flow through in our lives....

We don't need to "wish" for something or try and "manifest" something because we are so aligned to the Creative Consciousness part of us that our dreams, ideas and focuses are aligned.... So aligned that our path is unobstructed....

We now live Syncrhonistically.... Synergistically....

We follow the openings...responding to that which is in right in front of us in our lives knowing in full confidence that all that is in our lives; all the openings are part of the path that is leading to our Soul's unfolding to experience & express the most fulfillment in our life.

One feels more connected inside and connected to others in a way that fosters a mutual caring and sharing.

It is as if we are fueled by a Divine fuel :-)..an energy, a focus.... a love... An energy that gives the ability to do more, and yet we do less...somehow all gets done...and if not..oh well, all will be fine...we know & feel we are in good hands.....

When one turns a corner...an energy corner of Love, Light & Wisdom... We are more guided by our higher self and our ego/personality (body-mind) is more connected to Soul Self — Higher Self is leading the way and the ego/personality is aligned and now just responding, instead of reacting...

We are the bridgers..the way-showers. We show the "way" not so much by our words...but how we live our life... By following our own authentic purpose of being... By daring to live the motto "Just Be You"...

When this first started “happening” to me (experiencing this) I thought it was a mood. I kept waiting for it to "go away" I didn't think it would last....But it keeps lasting and growing....LOL...i have soooo much love for all..for so many... A love from the Universal Heart..i just want to help more, share more, create more... I feel more alive...

This is the state of harmonizing; which is part of the converging flow...we are living our oneness and yet expressing our individuality.

People of all walks of life in all sectors will begin to feel this and live this more and more.

Imagine the new ways of relating, working and being in the world that will come from this upshifting & upleveling of life....

And, yes, there is a calm... A peace... a sense of inner knowing; which brings a calm as we know we are guided and it is ok. In fact it is part of our purpose to share all that we are with all that we meet.

It is a wonderful time of connecting and sharing.... We have reached a “Tipping Point” and I do feel many more will “feel this” and “live this” more expressed state of Loving-Creating-Sharing-Caring & Being...

This state of Consciousness will be lived more consistently and expressed by more and more exponentially. The state of being and awareness will not "go away" :-)

This state of being and relating brings more heart energy to the planet to be experience and shared by all of us....

This way of living focuses more on Self Expression, Creative Solutions and Innovation of ideas for more fulfilled ways of living, working and relating.

I feel Twitter is an out-picturing of this Aware Consciousness.... Where people are waking up and living more full spectrum.

There will be less censoring, less posturing and more living from the heart with a purpose that is Spirit Led, fueled by one’s own Soul –Life Purpose.

..Thank you for the inspired thought

The Importance of Creating Sacred Space at home & the office

We all need a place to go to refresh and rejuvenate.
A place that is all our own that we feel comfortable and at peace.

Perhaps, for some it is a place to unwind…But it is nonetheless an actual place; a physical place.

We can create this internally and mentally; and this is a
major goal in meditation.

However, the external tends to mirror the internal and the internal tends to mirror the external.

A calm and orderly person usually lives in a calm and orderly environment.
Cleaning out one’s closet or clearing clutter off one’s desk creates a feeling of accomplishment and relief.

Our environment definitely affects and reflects our inner mental state.

A truly peaceful environment people can feel. The people who live and work in a peaceful environment have this inner peace within. This cannot be fabricated.

One can feel peace whether in a person or in an environment.
It is a very real and tangible feeling or perception.

To create this peace within we have to have a place to build the structure that creates the fabric of our inner peace.

This structure has a few components.
One is the very act of ‘practicing’ meditation daily, another part is using meditation as an actual ‘tool’ to create the state of mind you want to experience.

Another very integral part is the act of creating a meditative environment that one uses on a consistent basis.

Sacred space can be anywhere... a room in a house or apartment...
A corner in a room.. In your office and even in your car; or on the road while traveling.

The truth is you carry this sacred space within you wherever you go; however when you have a designated place that you call sacred it is a reminder of the sacredness within.

Walking Meditation

Walking mindfully on the Earth can restore our peace and harmony,
and it can restore the Earth’s peace and harmony as well.
We are children of the Earth. We rely on her for our happiness and
she relies on us also. Whether the Earth is beautiful, fresh and green
or arid and parched depends on our way of walking.
When we practice walking meditation beautifully, we massage
the Earth with our feet and plant seeds of joy and
happiness with each step.
Our mother will heal us and we will heal her.”- Thich Nhat Hanh

This meditation is wonderful while on a walk for enjoyment,
exercise; or while you are walking to and from
completing errands. Or, even while shopping!

This is a simple meditation; however the benefits over
time are fantastic. I taught this to one of my clients who
didn’t feel much was changing in his life. He felt stuck in
his job situation and personal life. After doing this for a
short period of time; he exclaimed “ I didn’t realize how
stuck in my head I was. I noticed so much change in my
neighborhood. I don’t know why I didn’t see all this
before.”
He felt he had a new lease on life and began to see the
positive changes in his personal life. Another client of
mine sent me an email after just 2 weeks of doing this
meditation stating that she no longer felt depressed.

If we filter everything we do or see by our past experiences
and from the frame of mind that “I’ve already seen
this a thousand times before” life can get pretty monotonous.
The truth is our environment, our surroundings, and we
are always changing. This meditation also helps one be
more in present time.
As you are noticing what is actually around you, you are
less focused on your memory of what is around you. Big
difference.

Try this for yourself and see.
While walking focus on your breath and begin to slow
your breath down.
As you are walking become very aware of how you are
breathing and continue to slow your breath down.
The moment you focus on your breath you begin to relax
more.

The simple act of focusing on your breath allows your
mind to slow down and you experience more calm.
Slow even breath creates a relaxed mind and body.
Notice how you are breathing. And now notice how your
breath has changed now that you have a conscious
awareness of your breath.

Begin to breathe deeper while you continue to consciously
slow your breath down.
Now, begin to notice how you are walking.
Feel your pace and your stride, while focused on your breath.

Un Plugging to Plug In... Going Inward to rest, refresh, renew

Excerpt from the book Meditation for Everyday Living “Revised & Enlarged”
Un-Plug to Plug In

It is said” Don’t always let your mind think what it wants to think or your body do what it wants to do.”

The idea in this thought is not to cut off from your emotions, feelings or needs of your body.  The message in this saying is that you can create conscious control through awareness.
As you grow in your path of self-development and spiritual unfoldment your consciousness evolves to create positive control in your life. Sometimes your mind is going to wander, and you need or want to focus. Sometimes your body is going to be fidgety.
It’s like being on an airplane and you “feel” like running up and down the cabin because the flight has been to long. Perhaps you stretch your legs…I don’t think you would run up and down the aisle because your body wanted to.

Now, you could bring this feeling into your meditation practice by acknowledging the “feeling” of wanting to run and then consciously bringing your attention back to your breath.  You could also create a “mental vacation” and visualize yourself running, and the feeling of the freedom of running and feel that in your body and feel more refreshed and relaxed.  How much more empowering is this?
You are now bringing conscious choice into this little situation.
Imagine applying this to all areas of your life?
What would this feel like to you, to have this empowerment of conscious choice?

The Practice of Meditation - Spiritual Practice/s -Doingness

the practice is just this- a practice. The technique or techniques, the disciplines. Just like keys on a piano, notes in music, playing scales or bar work in dance. The practice helps you learn the ability. One plays the keys to then play the song. One does the bar work to be able to more easily flow with the dance. The practice is to remind you the truth of who you are and to be able to better align or attune to this and live this more and more consistently and continually. We learn via practicing We practice to live it

The Meditative State (of being) - Beingness

This state is called your True Nature, as it is you. Your true nature, divine nature is inherent. You are a spiritual being; therefore you don’t have to “try and be spiritual” you can not be “spiritual” Oneness….. A sense of connectedness…. A knowing, feeling and sensing of the subtle energy of the All That Is. An awareness of this no matter what is going on around you or no matter what fleeting states of being or emotion. An awareness and responding from your True Nature. Expanded consciousness
Living & Being from the I Am - ---- I Am That That I Am

I am Silenced No More…

I asked the sky to open for me to know.

I asked the tree to shade me in my quest to seek.

I asked the fire to make known the answer
in the burnt ash of glowing embers.

I asked the mountains to hold me high so I could see.

I asked the rocks that have lived on this land since
ancient times to tell me.

I asked the ebb and flow of the ocean wave to part and
reveal the answer to me.

I asked the sands of time to let the answer slip through
grains of sand so I could see.

I asked the wind to whisper the answer in my ear.

I asked in so many ways "Why Have I been Silenced?"

I was silenced for my gender

I was silenced for my beliefs

I am silenced no more...
