Why are Relationships and World Structures Being Dismantled?

As a humanity and within all of the cosmos there is a "New Emerging Consciousness"  At the foundation of this new paradigm is Right Relationship and Right Livlihood.

In 2008 we had a major energetic configuration that ushered in this urge for cohesiveness.   This will be more fully highlighted in 2011 when Uranus goes back into Aries.

Esoterically we are at the crossroads, many of you are dwellers on the threshold; and some of you are Wayshowers that are are poised for the next level of the gateway.  This crossroads and fork in the road is also reflected in the square that is in alignment and active now.  Saturn in Libra and Pluto in Capricorn.

I read this energetically; and these energetic patterns are also revealed and expressed astrologically.

How does one prepare and align to this new focus of energy?

Begin by looking at your relationships with more clarity and understanding.  Some of you may need objective assistance in doing this type of evaluation.  I suggest you get this support, sooner than later.

And, first we all need to start with ourselves-- lovingly, however nonetheless objectively, as much as one can.

Keywords in relationship structures, and all living structures for this matter are: co-operation, synergy, truth, commitment, responsibility (ability to appropriately respond), cohesiveness, community, communication, co-op.  Yes, co-op...  on a personal, collective and business level.  In fact, all areas of life are needing an up-leveling to move into the co-op status.

co-op = a cooperative society, business, or enterprise.

No need to break ties; just put more energy and focus on people and areas where there is more co-op.

If you don't fight what is no longer a resonance; or what is not a co-op you will more easily move into and attract what is more of a resonance and co-op for your Soul Path and fulfillment.

Inner Workings - Beyond the Surface & Past the Horizon

The qualities that you seek are already within you.

The life that you want to lead is already unfolding through you.

It is through awareness and Soul Alignment that all begins to really make sense.

This alignment begins by feeling what you really feel and noticing where and to what you are drawn.

The awareness of the Soul is a subtle experience that builds over time.

Time is not just of the essence; it is the essence.

The Soul and it's manifestation and out - picturing through the personality happens in stages and increments that allow integration, assimilation and expression.

When you awaken to the Inner Workings of your True Self  you realize that what once seemed to be happening to you externally is really the result of an inner focus or belief.

It is only when one begins to look below the surface of surface things that Truth is revealed.

Not the truth with a small "t"... but the truth that is with the large "T" that encompasses all other truths.

This truth is like the horizon, you can see it and yet it encompasses so much more than the physical eye or mental awareness can fully take in or completely see.

Believe In Your Unlimited Potential

Everyone has specific talents and skills.

Even if you are doing something that 'many' people are doing;  the way you are doing 'it' makes it different from others; as you are unique.

The way we approach our life, talents and gifts can be a form of meditation.

A wonderful "Contemplation" Meditation can be a mini review of 'how' you view yourself and what you do'

It is very eye opening to witness oneself.

Do you see your uniqueness and how what you contribute to your friends, family, society and the world is needed?
Do you see that what you give yourself is 'holy'? - coming from wholeness and integrity.
Do you feel confident about your ideas and abilities?

If not, a further contemplation on why may reveal some inner healing work that needs to be done.

We all have within untapped regions that are rich with abundant resources.
These inner resources can be ideas, abilities, talents or even creative solutions to our life challenges.

For some these inner resources can even be creative ideas or solutions for other people, or even societal challenges.

Begin your a mini review of "How you view you and what you do" and then move into a place of confidence for all you have experienced, all you know, and your unique abilities.

Plant the seeds of  'self appreciation' by finding ways daily or weekly to  nurture your talents, ideas and abilities.

Then let your ideas, talents and abilities root and blossom....

Moving Beyond 'Dual Thinking' to live in the 'Meditative State'

When we begin to move from the 'Me' to the we we engage the spiritual aspect of ourselves more completely.

The Spiritual Aspect of ourselves is multilayered...multilevel and multifaceted.

In essence Spirit takes on and is many forms and so ultimately is not limited.

Our Soul which is the template or original matrix of our being and expression is also boundless within it's expression.

The Soul holds to a template; but this template is so expansive compared to our 'Egoic' understanding.

How do we tap into this aspect of our being? One way is to cease the habit of dual thinking. Move beyond good or bad; right or wrong into focusing on what is 'Optimum', ' Life - Enhancing' and what is right or appropriate for your right now in the present.

This type of thinking and focusing allows one to more readily move into a meditative state and have a more expanded viewpoint in life.

Beyond duality is the place of the Higher Self

Responsibility... Responding Consciously to what is happening in your life raises your vibrational frequency.

When your vibrational frequency is raised or expanded you move beyond the idea of 'right or wrong'... You move into what is right for you or right for a situation; or life enhancing for you and others...
You move into the space of what is 'optimal'.... You move beyond duality and the polarity of black and white thinking.
You move into the awareness of perception; and there are many perceptions and view points.

This movement is subtle; and yet very empowering because you are free... Free from what was to allow want is really meant to be.

Through Dyana or Vipassana meditations of 'Awareness' you can connect to more life enhancing perspectives.
Dyana or Vipassana meditation is simply the 'practice' of awareness.... Awareness of what is.... A focused awareness coupled with breath awareness....

This is where more clarity can come into our observations and witnessing.
Through this observing of 'What  Is or' ' Witnessing' we begin to really see and we move beyond the need for extremes and the polarizing forces of an over emphasis of duality.

Beyond duality is the place of the Higher Self....beyond the mental constructs of ego mind.

I love the words below by Rumi. For me they sum up the movement or alignment beyond duality into the field or space of oneness where we can see all sides. This field of oneness is like a mountain top. There is a panoramic view; or view point.

"Out there beyond the ideas of right doing and wrong doing there is a field... I'll meet you there" ~ Rumi

The Path of Ascension

Ascending or rising above is not floating in the sky or escaping it is bringing in the opposite thought, idea or experience and moving into the middle plan. It is moving beyond extremes. It is a space beyond small mindedness, ego likes and dislikes. It is a place beyond “I’m right and you are wrong.”

Our inner knowing is in a field of consciousness beyond duality.  It is beyond our likes and dislikes, our pettiness. It includes this, but doesn’t remain stuck in the limitation.
Our Inner guidance goes to the truth, the heart of the matter; which is always a little bit of both, right there in the center, in the middle way.  This is the “Tao”; the flow of life is neither to close to the left or too far to the right.
It is just right. Right in the middle.  The middle way.

This inner guidance may call us into non-action; and yet in “not acting” we are acting.   There is right action in non-action.  This does not mean procrastination or putting off.  It means using the higher mind to receive the input of when to physically act.
We are always in some form of action, if just mentally or on the inner plane. To consciously not act is an action.
Action for Action sake is not empowered action, but reaction.
excerpt from the book: Meditation for Everyday Living

How Do We Know Something New is Emerging in Our Life?

There can begin to be a break down of previously held beliefs or structures and activities that use to feel important or right.  Certain activities and sometimes certain people don't fit as well.

There can also be a feeling of restlessness, annoyance or anxiety; and for some there is a feeling of something more....or not quite complete.

It isn't that there is something 'wrong' it is more that something isn't 'quite right'...

This gentle stirring or as some say 'Divine Discontent' is a nudge from our 'Soul' that as I like to say "The Sundial has turned"....

We don't question when the sundial has turned.  We know that another part of the sun is reflecting.  A shadow is cast on one part of the sundial and the area or land around it.  This measures the time.
A person 'Shift' or 'Emergence' is very similar.  Something is being more highlighted; while something else in one's life is more shadowed or is subsiding or retreating.
As with the sundial the shift is almost imperceptible, but very soon you see it and even feel the subtle shift. One area has more light or is more highlighted.

We receive the messages from our soul, first energetically in a very subtle way.  The more tuned in the more we feel the gentle nudge or pull in a new direction.
This new direction can be new focus, new career, relationship, or simply a new way of relating or being. It can be a new hobby or a new form of expression; or a new focus creatively.
One thing for certain this 'Spiritual Nudge' is leading you towards more fulfillment in one form or another; even if it doesn't seem so. It may feel like much or even little is leaving...Something is changing, something new is emerging.

For me when i feel this shift i become even more aware. I notice how I feel in certain situations. Do I feel a constriction or an expansion?  I ask myself "What am I learning here that is new?.
I also meditate more, and more deeply. I create even more time for my spiritual practice knowing and sensing inner message are wanting to be revealed to me.
I also, stop and ask "Show me the way." Or, "What is needed here?"  "How can I assist in this transition?"
I begin to attune even more and in a slightly different way.
In many ways it is like when you are driving down a road that you realize you don't know where you are you pay attention more; or just differently.  Maybe you turn the radio off or down. Maybe you check your Google Maps or Iphone GPS; or you call a friend and get suggestions on directions.

The point is you begin to really listen... to pay attention in a more heightened way.
It isn't that how you 'paid attention' or meditated or prayed or focused in the past was wrong or not sufficient. It is that you are on a different part of the path now, a different road, a different area, neighborhood or even different land.
The set compass doesn't completely work in this 'new land' and so you have to use your  'Inner GPS' to realign or reset your compass to this new terrain.

To reset your compass and align begin to slow down your movements. Even if you are rushing around through your day or are at work.  Stop and do a mental scan.  You will see a mental picture or flash of something; or you will think of something in your life and there will be a certain feeling attached to it. Just file it... Know that something is changing in regards to what flashed in your mind or what you felt or sensed.
Then begin to take more reflective time. Do some breathwork and meditate.  Clear some space for more clarity.  I like to do a walking meditation; or sit quietly and scan my life mentally and on a feeling level and then bring my awareness to the breath.
Once you are in the meditative state ask for signs, ask for help in this passage.  You are simply asking help from your 'Higher Self' or the more expanded part of your consciousness.
And, make sure you leave some space in your day to hear your guidance.

Creating the additional space and taking the additional time is what is needed to align to the new energy or focus that is emerging.

Meditation helps with sleep

Be aware of your breath while you fall asleep. The movement of your belly,

the touch of the air in your nose, or the flow of air in your body. If

you meditate and fall into sleep, you will wake up meditating. That
means in a subtle way, in your deep unconscious, the method continued.

Your whole night became a meditation.... Your sleep will be of a different quality - more silent, more relaxed, more rejuvenating. And for six or eight hours, subliminally the witnessing continues.

In the morning when you become aware that you are awake, you will be

surprised! You are witnessing your breath.~Osho

Focus on What You Want to See...for the BP Oil Spill

We have got to see what we want to see...what we want to have happen.
We have seen what isn't working...We have seen what we didn't want to see or see happen.

I am suggesting that we begin to focus on what we want to see happen in the Gulf of Mexico.

We all need to ride the wave of emotions...from anger, regret, despair to perhaps apathy and sadness... However, the wave doesn't end there. The waves of life ebb and flow...

This is can be a beginning of a new conscious focus on a group level.
A chance to focus on what we want to see happen; instead of what we are afraid will happen or what has already happened.

I feel it is time to focus on the outcome we want to experience, for the wetlands, the animal beings, the human beings, the ocean and all of the Gulf.

There is such a strong power in Intention. This Intention can come through Prayer, Meditation, Thought or whatever you feel comfortable in calling this Focused Awareness.

We are Creative Beings... We are Consciousness made manifest.
Any action taken with this perspective can bring into being Creative Solutions, Inventions and Innovations that can shift this present catastrophe into a situation of Disruptive Innovation allowing a new direction that is ultimately more Life Enhancing.  We can in a cohesive way "Out Create" this.

I say let's move from Problem Solving to Creative Solutions and harness our Creative Energy, Focus and Intention to create a solution for the situation in the Gulf of Mexico.

In  focusing on what we want to see happen we are taking an empowered, conscious, life enhancing perspective.  This type of a perspective has a better chance of attracting a flash of insight, inspiration or creative solution.

Since each of us as an individual makes up the collective our thoughts are felt and communicated on a subconscious level and through the the subtle energy plan....
Thoughts are energy and this energy is felt subconsciously to some degree by every sentient being and throughout the world and cosmos.

We can shift a trajectory of events, simply by our thought.... and unified thought is very powerful and efficient.
This shift in focus to the outcome can effectively be done by each of us individually in a way.

We can intend and see in our mind's eye what we want to happen for the greater good.
We can envision a Creative - Life Enhancing Solution to this tragedy.
We can begin to see how laws are changed and innovations and new Green technology is being incorporated.
We can speak about what we want to see happen.
We can have group dialogue on what we want to see happen.
We can submit letters of suggestions.
We can share ideas about what would work to contain and clear the oil spill.
The bottom line is we can begin to focus on the solution rather than the problem.
We already know what the problem is; and many know where it stems from, as well.

I am not suggesting that we put 'rose colored glasses' on or take a 'Polly Anna' point of view. I am suggesting that we begin to more cohesively integrate another way, another focus; and that focus is the outcome we want to see happen.

Some examples of this are listed here:

in the words of Deepak Chopra - "My intent: Keep creating a platform 4 harnessing collective creativity 4 planetary healing."

"Focusing our energies in response to the Gulf tragedy and for healing the waters and its inhabitants" -Dr. Masaru Emoto's Healing Prayer for the Gulf : http://ht.ly/21Scw

From Lynne McTaggart: "Many of your wrote in to request that we gather together to send an big intention to stave the flow of oil into the Gulf of Mexico, which is occurring unabated after the April 20 oil rig exploded.
Let’s send an intention for all efforts to work and contain the spill, with minimum impact on the ecosystem of the seas."

Much Peace

Michele :)

Meditation for Everyday Living: Karma is like "Astral Sticky Glue"

Meditation for Everyday Living: Karma is like "Astral Sticky Glue"

Karma is like "Astral Sticky Glue"

There is no one “keeping score”…not a judge or cosmic God/god or not a universal accounting scheme.

The effects of all deeds are viewed as actively shaping the past, present and future experiences.

This phenomenon is called linked to the desire, the unfinished business that a person dies with, what we might call karma.

Desire creates the “karma” A desire for a “specific result & experience”….
This is why it is said to be in the witness state- neutral state to not insert oneself into the drama of the situation or a desired result or effect.

Karma is not so simply to explain. Many try and simplify it into punitive or cause and effect terms of “right & wrong”

It is the inserting of the self as a “meaning” of something that creates the karma.
This is where it is said to be “desireless” in this way you do not incur karma.

Now we don’t know what the karma is that is incurred as it is at such an expanded awareness & causality.

Expressed Awareness as the Body- Mind and the emotional situations & experiences that are connected to it incarnate into experience and if the soul stays intact to it’s energetic pattern & matrix, Then you live out the pattern unfolding and not the desires.
This is why aligning to the soul so important.

Even though we incarnate to experience our desires, lest they not be so solid & firm that they “have to unfold a certain way”. In experiencing desires, creations and the material plane of the senses of experiences if we do this with passion, joy, love, bonding and not attachment we do not incur karma….

Karma is the astral sticky glue… it is the entanglement of taking ownership for the experience instead of keeping in the Truth that the cause of the experience is life itself—is the All That Is….

There is no one “keeping score”…not a judge or cosmic God/god or the not a universal accounting scheme. The balance is weighed out or meted out in the accounting of the chaos of Universal Flow. As human’s we may not understand this or like the “result”… however, if we remember that we are All One. It is easier to see how an effect though not created by a person or that seems “shouldn’t” happen to them is part of an out picturing of this balance and vibrational code and pattern.
Our life path unfolds according to our Soul Template as long as the "Constructed Ego" and "Conditioned Responses" don't get in the way.   In this way our path is as open as we are to the possibilities.  A person's path unfolds in a unique way dependent on their "Soul Qualities"... Our path unfolds in similar ways, and yet in different ways that reflect our individuality.  Michele Meiche

The Spiritual teacher and philosopher OSHO viewed "KARMA" this way:

The law of karma, in the first place, is not a law. That word gives it an aroma as if it is something scientific, like the law of gravitation. It is merely a hope, not a law at all. It has been hoped for centuries that if you do good you will attain to good results. It is a human hope in existence which is absolutely neutral.
If you look at nature, there are laws -- the whole of science is nothing but discovery of those laws -- but science has not come even close to detecting anything like the law of karma. Yes, it is certain that any action is going to bring certain reactions, but the law of karma is hoping for much more. If you simply say any action is bound to produce some reactions, it is possible to have scientific support for it. But man is hoping for much more. He is asking that a good action inevitably brings a good consequence with it, and the same with a bad action.

Now, there are many things implied in this. First, What is good? Each society defines good according to itself. What is good to a Jew is not good to a Jaina; what is good to a Christian is not good to a Confucian. Not only that, what is good in one culture is bad in another culture. A law has to be universal. For example, if you heat water to one hundred degrees centigrade, it will evaporate -- in Tibet, in Russia, in America, even in Oregon. In Oregon it will be a little puzzled, but all the same at one hundred degrees water will evaporate. Certainly the law of karma is neither a scientific law nor part of any legal system.

Then what kind of law is it? It is a hope. A man wandering in immense darkness, groping his way, clings to anything that gives a little hope, a little light -- because what you observe in life itself is something totally different from the law of karma. A man who is a well-known criminal may succeed and become the president, the prime minister; or vice versa: he was not a criminal before, but when he becomes the president or prime minister of a country he becomes a criminal... So in life this strange situation happens: bad people reach good positions, become respectable or honored, not only in their time but throughout history. It is full of their names. In history, Gautam Buddha, Mahavira, Kanad, Gautam, Lao Tzu, Chuang Tzu, Lieh Tzu -- people like these you will not find even in the footnotes. And Alexander the Great, Genghis Khan, Tamerlane, Nadirshah, Napoleon Bonaparte, Adolf Hitler -- they make up the major portion of history. In fact, we have to write the whole of history again because all these people have to be completely erased. Even the memory of them should not be carried on, because even their memory may have evil effects on people.
A better humanity will not give these names even a place in the footnotes; there is no need. They were nightmares; it is better they are completely forgotten so they don't follow you like shadows. And we have to discover people who have lived on this earth and made it in every way beautiful; shared their joy, their dance, their music, shared their ecstasies -- but lived anonymously. People have completely forgotten even their names. To me, certainly each action has its result, but not somewhere far away in a future life. The action and the result are continuous, they are part of one process. Do you think sowing the seed and reaping the crop are separate?
It is one process. What begins in sowing the seed, grows, and one day the one seed has become thousands of seeds. That's what you call your crop. It is the same seed which has exploded into thousands of seeds. No death is intervening, no afterlife is needed; it is a continuum.

So the one thing to be remembered is: in my vision of life, yes, every action is bound to have some consequences, but they will not be somewhere else, you will have them here and now. Most probably you will get them almost simultaneously. When you are kind to someone, don't you feel a certain joy? A certain peace?

A certain meaningfulness? Don't you feel that you are contented with what you have done? There is a kind of deep satisfaction. Have you ever felt that contentment when you are angry, when you are boiling with anger, when you hurt somebody, when you are mad with rage? Have you ever felt a peace, a silence descending in you? No, it is impossible.

You will certainly feel something, but it will be a sadness that you again acted like a fool, that again you have done the same stupid thing that you decided again and again not to do. You will feel a tremendous unworthiness in yourself. You will feel that you are not a man but a machine, because you don't respond, you react. A man may have done something, and you reacted. That man had the key in his hands, and you just danced according to his desire; he had power over you.
When somebody abuses you and you start fighting, what does it mean? It means that you don't have any capacity not to react.- OSHO
